Alexiane (the "Application") is a web-based application designed for professional users, including independent Nu Skin distributors, to :
generate editorial content using artificial intelligence,
review, schedule, and publish content on Facebook Pages,
manage activity-related information (leads, content, settings).
The Application acts solely as an assistance tool and never publishes content without explicit user action and manual validation.
By creating an account, logging in via Facebook, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
The Application is intended for users who :
are 18 years of age or older,
have a valid Facebook account,
manage at least one Facebook Page,
use the Application for professional purposes.
The Application is not intended for personal or consumer use.
The Application uses Facebook Login in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms (https://developers.facebook.com/terms).

✅ Full control : You can revoke access at any time via your Facebook settings (Settings > Apps and Websites).

The Application uses Large Language Model (LLM) artificial intelligence provided by third-party vendors (notably Google Gemini and ChatGPT) to generate content suggestions.

You acknowledge that :
AI may produce inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate content,
Systematic human review is mandatory before any publication,
The Application does not guarantee results, engagement, or automatic compliance with Meta or Nu Skin policies,
You remain solely responsible for published content.
Text submitted to AI for content generation may be processed by servers located outside the European Union. Such processing is conducted in compliance with GDPR and appropriate data transfer agreements.
You acknowledge that you exercise full control over every publication and are solely responsible for :
The accuracy and legality of published content,
Compliance with Meta's Community Standards,
Compliance with Nu Skin rules and policies,
Respect for intellectual property rights,
Compliance with applicable laws (including advertising, consumer protection, data protection).
The Application cannot be held responsible for content published by users.
The Application collects only data necessary for operation :
Facebook profile information (name, email),
List of managed Facebook Pages,
Generated, edited, and published content,
User settings and preferences,
Connection data and technical logs.
Data is used exclusively to :
Provide and improve the service,
Generate personalized content via AI,
Ensure security and prevent abuse.

The Application claims no intellectual property rights over created content.
The name "Alexiane", the logo, interface, and source code of the Application are protected and remain the exclusive property of the publisher.
The Application implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect :
Application access (secure authentication),
Stored data (encryption),
Communications (HTTPS protocols).
You agree to :
Maintain the confidentiality of your Facebook credentials,
Not share your Application access,
Immediately report any unauthorized use.
The publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application, with or without notice, in case of :
Fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant use,
Violation of these Terms of Service,
Violation of Meta's Platform Terms or Community Standards,
Violation of applicable laws,
Endangering the security or reputation of the Application.
In case of termination, you may request deletion of your data in accordance with Section 8.
To the extent permitted by law, the Application and its publisher cannot be held responsible for :
User publication decisions,
Actions taken by Meta (suspension, Page removal, etc.),
Legal, commercial, or financial consequences of published content,
Service interruptions, bugs, or temporary malfunctions,
Actions or decisions by third parties (Nu Skin, authorities, etc.).
The Application is provided "as is", without guarantee of results.
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time to reflect :
Regulatory changes,
Changes in Application features,
Updates to Meta's Platform Terms.
Substantial changes will be notified by email or via the Application.
Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the parties will attempt to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
